Woman sexually assaulted near Detroit bus stop

Detroit —  Detroit Police are looking for a  suspect who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman on Saturday near a bus stop on the citys west side.

The incident happened at 6 a.m. Saturday near Schoolcraft and Greenfield Road. Police say the woman was at a bus stop when she was approached by the suspect. 

The man allegedly pulled her into an alley and sexually assaulted her. The suspect then fled on foot. 

The victim was taken to a hospital and is listed in stable condition, police said. 

The suspect is described as a man with a large build and beard. He stands 6 feet tall and is between 30 and 40 years old. He was wearing a Detroit Tigers baseball cap, a dark colored Carharrt-style hooded jacket, with a white shirt, black pants and black shoes.
